Faith Church of Windsor is seeking a part-time Children’s and Youth Ministries Director to lead and grow our ministry programs for children and youth.
Through leadership, teaching, community service, and worship, the Director guides students PK- 12 in Christian faith and life, the Bible, and by example. This position supports the spiritual formation of children and youth, managing Kids Church on Sunday, supporting middle/high school-aged youth groups and activities, as well as supporting the high school Confirmation class along with the Senior Pastor. This person will ensure consistency, continuity, and relationships throughout our church as well as our community.
